- Independent entrance, terrace, kitchen and bathroom.
- In a fee is also entry and car-parking in the area of Sunny Lakes.
- Beach is 100 m from cottage. Other possibilities of spending time: squash, tennis, bowling, volleyball, surfing, touring, cycle-tourism, swimming pools, fishing.
